Ingredients For cake

  • 150 g
    butter with 82% grease
  • 125 g
    sugar
  • 1 sm
    package vanilla sugar
  • 3 md
    eggs
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    whisky
  • 200 g
    flour
  • 1 pkg
    baking powder
  • 50 g
    almonds
  • 50 g
    raisins
  • 50 g
    dried cherrys
  • 50 g
    dried orange peel
  • 50 g
    dried lemon peel

How To Make cake

    Mix the butter,add sugar,vanilla sugar,eggs,salt.

    Pour whisky.

    Mix the flour with baking flour,add dried fruits.

    Bake this composition,in a long cake form.

    When is chilled,make a icing from whisky,and powder sugar,and,decorate with dried cherrys.
