Ingredients For cake mix pancakes or waffles

  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c
    yellow cake mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1-2 c
    milk

How To Make cake mix pancakes or waffles

  • 1
    Mix dry ingredients together; add eggs, vanilla and 1 cup of the milk and stir to blend- add more milk to make of pancake batter consistency. Spray griddle or waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour 1/3 of batter per pancake or waffle. Cook until edges become dry and lightly browned pancake turning only once.
