I made this cake for a work function and everyone wanted the recipe.

Ingredients For butterscotch pumpkin cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • eggs
  • water
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 box
    instant pumpkin pudding
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    butterscotch chips

How To Make butterscotch pumpkin cake

    In large bowl, stir together dry cake mix and all wet ingredients and eggs that the cake mix calls for.

    Add the milk, pudding mixes, and the butterscotch chips.

    Bake according to directions on cake mix box. Due to the added moisture in the cake add an additional 25-40 mins to the bake time. I used a bundt pan which required the longer bake time.
