Ingredients For butterscotch pudding cake

3 cwater

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

4 Tbspbutter

1/2 cbutter, softened

3/4 csugar

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 cmilk

1 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 cflour
How To Make butterscotch pudding cake

1in a cast iron skillet put water, brown sugar and 2 Tbs butter, bring to a simmer

2while that is simmering make the batter.

3in med. bowl cut 1/2 cup and 2 Tbs of butter into flour. Add sugar, baking powder, vanilla and milk.

4mix together until blended, will be stiff.

5Turn off iron skillet.

6drop scoops of batter into iron skillet until all the batter is gone.

7Put skillet in oven and bake at 350 for 20 min or until batter is golden brown and firm.
