Ingredients For butterscotch coffee cake

  • BATTER
  • 1 box
    yellow pudding cake mix
  • 1 box
    instant butterscotch pudding
  • 2/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • SWIRL MIXTURE
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cocoa
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make butterscotch coffee cake

    Grease and flour bundt pan.
  • 2
    Mix swirl ingredients together.
  • 3
    Blend batter ingredients, then beat for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Pour half of batter mixture in bundt pan. Sprinkle swirl mixture on top of batter, then pour remaining batter over swirl mixture.

    Take knife and swirl through batter.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

    When done let cool for 15 minutes IN THE PAN, then remove from pan to wire rack.
