A lady in our church made this for our family when my son had surgery. It is delicious! You end up with a sweet, crunchy topping that is wonderful!

Ingredients For butterscotch cake

  • 1 pkg
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla instant pudding (small)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 11 oz
    butterscotch chips

How To Make butterscotch cake

  • 1
    Mix 1st 5 ingredients for 3-4 min.

    Add 11 oz pkg butterscotch morsels and mix by hand.

    Pour into greased & floured tube pan.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hr.
