Ingredients For butterscotch applesauce cake

  • 1/2 c
    butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 2
    egg's
  • 1 c
    applesauce
  • 2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cinamon
  • 1 c
    raisins
  • 2 c
    butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make butterscotch applesauce cake

  • 1
    In a mixing bowl, Cream the butter and brown sugar
  • 2
    Add eggs and applesauce; mix well
  • 3
    Combine flower,baking soda,salt and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture stir in raisins.

    Spread in a greased 13-In.X9-In.X2-In baking pan.

    Sprinkle with chips,sugar and Pecans.

    Bake at 375 Degrees F for 25 Minutes. Or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
