My only sister shared this delicious buttery cupcake with just the right tangy sweetness from the blueberry filling. My grand kids' favorite after school snack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, slightly salted, no substitute
- 2 cups refined sugar
- 4 - whole eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups all purpose flour, sifted
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 can any blueberry filling
How To Make butter blueberry cupcake

Step 1Mix the ingredients in order given.

Step 2Place batter 3/4 in cup cake molders and spoon 1/2 teaspoon blueberry filling on top of batter, pressing it down slightly in the center.

Step 3Bake at 18-20 minutes in 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cool cup cakes before serving. You can also use paper cupcake molders.
