This is my mom's recipe, she usually makes it for get togethers and there's usually none to very little left over after.

Ingredients For bubble cake

  • 2
    loaves frozen bread (thawed)
  • 1 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    suger (white)
  • 3 Tbsp
    cinnamon, ground

How To Make bubble cake

  • 1
    Melt butter, mix in sugar and cinnamon. Pull bread off in pieces, roll in sugar mix and line in bundt pan or 13x9 cake pan. Let double in size before baking.

    Bake at 325F for 25 minutes, cover with foil and bake an additional 25 minutes. Flip out on plate or another 13x9 cake pan and enjoy.
