    flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 stick
    margarine
  • 1/2 c
    buttermilk
  • 1/2 c
    shortening
  • 3 1/2 tsp
    cocoa powder
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    water
  • ICING
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 lb
    confectioners sugar
  • milk
  • 1/2 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make brunswick store fudge cake

    combine flour and sugar in bowl.

    Bring water,margrine,shortening and cocoa to a boil in small pot.

    Add hot mixture to flour and sugar. Mix well.

    Add eggs,buttermilk,baking soda and vanilla. Mix well.Beat til batter is smooth.

    Pour into a 10X13 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or incert a toothpick and it comes out clean.

    combine margrine with cocoa,add sugar,milk( little at a time until frosting is creamy)

    Add vanilla and chopped pecans mix well.
