Ingredients For brownie-mousse mini cups

119.9 oz pkg brownie mix

1 lgegg

1 cshredded zucchini
-
1/2 capplesauce, unsweetened

11.4 oz pkg sugar-free, fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix

1-1/2 cfat-free milk

1/2 cfat-free cool whip, thawed
How To Make brownie-mousse mini cups

1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray 16 small muffin cups in cupcake pans w/ cooking spray.

2In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and 1 tbsp water. Mix well. Divide evenly among the cups. Bake 15 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

3Let mini cups cool. In bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk. Spread evely over each mini cup. Top w/ cool whip.
