Ingredients For brownie filled cupcakes

1/2 cbutter, softened

3/4 csugar

2eggs
-
2 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 call purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt

2/3 ccold milk

1/3 cflour
-
1/2 csugar

2 Tbspcocoa, unsweetened

1egg
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspvanilla extract

1/4 cvegetable oil
-
1 1/2 tspbaking powder
How To Make brownie filled cupcakes

1Preheat oven to 350 In medium bowl, add 1/3 c flour, 1/2 c sugar 2 tbsp cocoa 1 egg 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/4 c vegetable oil. Mix well and set aside

2In large bowl cream butter and 3/4 c sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat after adding each ingredient. Then add 2 tsp vanilla

3add in 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 1/2 c flour, 1/4 tsp salt and 2/3 c cold milk. Beat after each ingredient.

4Pour a small amount of vanilla batter into a muffin tin or cupcake wrappers, (I just use a greased tin without wrappers)

5Then add a scoop or two of the brownie batter, then finish filling with the vanilla batter

6bake at 350 for about 18-25 minutes (I dont use frosting but I think a chocolate flavored frosting would work best)
