Ingredients For brownie cupcakes

2 Tbspinstant coffee

1/4 cwarm water

1 18.4 ou bagbrownie mix

2eggs
-
1/2 coil
-
1 cbutter
-
3 cconfectioners' sugar

1 Tbspmilk
-
1/2 tspvanilla extract

1/4 ccaramel topping
How To Make brownie cupcakes

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 cupcake cups in a cupcake tin. Dissolve coffe granules in water. Add brownie mix, eggs and oil.

2Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Divide among cupcake cups. Bake 22-25 minutes till knife inserted comes out clean.

3Cool. Beat butter until smooth. On low speed gradually beat in sugar. Add milk and vanilla beat till fluffy. Srizzle over cupcakes. Optional- drizzle caramel topping.
