This is a very easy recipe and can be altered using your favorite pudding flavor. The ingredients for the brownies are specific for Ghirardelli brand, alter if using another brand.

Ingredients For brownie banana cream trifle

  • THE BROWNIES
  • 1 pkg
    brownie mix (i love ghirardelli)
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • PUDDING
  • 3 c
    cold milk
  • 1
    banana
  • chopped nuts, any variety
  • chocolate sauce

How To Make brownie banana cream trifle

  • 1
    Mix egg, oil, and water thoroughly. Add brownie mix and combine until thoroughly moistened. Do not over mix. Bake per package instructions.

    Combine pudding mix with milk. Mix for several minutes. Refrigerate.

    In large clear bowl, (or you can use individual clear dessert glasses) cover the bottom with torn pieces of brownie. Top with pudding and sliced banana. Add whipped topping. Repeat 2-3 times, or until you get to the top of your dish. Garnish with chopped nuts, drizzle with chocolate sauce.
