These Blueberry muffins do not last long in my house. My family eat them the same day they are made! Very easy and very tasty!

Ingredients For blueberry-streusel muffins

1/4 cfirmly packed brown sugar

3 Tbspall purpose flour divided

3 Tbspbutter cut into pieces

1/4 cuncooked regular oats

2 call purpose flour

1/2 cgranulated sugar

2 tspbaking powder
-
1/4 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
3/4 cbuttermilk
-
1/3 coil
-
1large egg
-
1 1/2 cblueberries
How To Make blueberry-streusel muffins

1Pulse brown sugar, 2tablespoons flour, and butter 4 or 5 times into a food processor. Stir in otas : set aside

2Combine 2 cups flour and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl: make a well in the center of mixture.

3Whisk together buttermilk, oil, and egg: add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.

4Toss blueberries with remaining 1 tablespoon flour , and gently fold into batter.

5Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pans , filling three - fourths full: sprinkle batter evenly with crumble topping, gently pressing into batter.

6Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and cool
