I found this recipe on the internet and decided to try it.....it was my first cheesecake I ever made and it was delicious. I brought it to Christmas dinner and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe.

Ingredients For blueberry lemon cheesecake
- CRUST

40vanilla wafers cookies

3 Tbspbutter

3 Tbspsugar
- FILLING

4 pkgcream cheese

1 csugar

2 Tbspflour

1 csour cream

4 lgeggs

1 boxlemon flavored instant pudding

1 cblueberries

2 cwhipped cream
How To Make blueberry lemon cheesecake

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees

2Crush up 40 wafers

3melt 3 tablespoons of butter and add it to the crushed cookies

4add 3 tablespoons of sugar

5mix and press to a 13x9 baking dish

6bake for 10 minutes.

7for the filling mix 4 packages of cream cheese

81 cup sugar

92 tablespoons of flour

10mix

11add 1 cup of sour cream

13add 4 eggs, one at a time, and mix after each one

14add 1 package of lemon flavored instant pudding

16with a spoon stir in 1/2 cup of blueberries

17pour mixture over crust and bake for 1 hour

18remove from oven and let cool for 3 hours in refrigerator

19spread cool whip on top

20add the rest of the blueberries on top of the whipped cream..
