Ingredients For blueberry cheese cupcake

  • 250 g
    self rising flour
  • 175 g
    castor sugar
  • 150 g
    soft butter
  • 100 g
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 5
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla essence
  • 1/2 c
    blue berry pie filling

How To Make blueberry cheese cupcake

    Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes.

    scoop 1 tablespoonful of the mixture into cupcake tins lined with papercups.Put in 1 teaspoonful of blueberry pie filling on top. Scoop another 1to 1/12 mixture on top

    Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees celcious. Happy Trying
