3/4 csugar

1/4 cbutter, softened

1 lgegg

1/2 cmilk

2 call purpose flour

2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

2 cblueberries, fresh or frozen, rinsed and thoroughly dried.
- TOPPING

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/3 call purpose flour

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 cbutter, softened
How To Make blueberry buckle

1First make cake batter. Combine sugar, butter and egg. Add milk. Set aside.

2Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients just until combined.

3Fold in blueberries. Pour into a 9" square pan.

4Mix topping ingredients together using pastry cutter until medium crumbs form. Sprinkle over unbaked cake.

5Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
