I got this recipe from the Heath Toffee Bits bag several years ago. I wanted something different from the traditional chocolate brownie, so I decided to try it and found it to be YUMMY. *Will post a picture the next time I make these.

Ingredients For blonde brickle brownies

2 2/3 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

4 lgeggs

3/4 cgranulated sugar

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2/3 cbutter, melted
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
3/4 cheath bits 'o brickle toffee pieces

3/4 cchopped pecans (optional)
How To Make blonde brickle brownies

1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.

2In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In a mixer bowl with paddle attachment, beat the eggs well. Gradually add the sugars; beat until thick and creamy. Add the melted butter and vanilla extract. Gently stir in the flour mixture; blend until moistened. Fold in 1/2 cup of the toffee pieces and the pecans. Pour into the prepared pan.

3Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of toffee pieces over the top. Cool completely in the pan before cutting.
