Having fun in my pantry with a sweet tooth. Came up with this to die for cupcake. I was gona name it the black widow. Once You try You wont be sharing! ;)

Ingredients For blackberry red velvet cupcake

  • red velvet cake mix
  • frozen blackberries
  • sugar
  • dry white wine
  • coolwhips chocolate frosting

How To Make blackberry red velvet cupcake

    Blackberry Filling 1 1/2c frozen berries 1/4c sugar 3tbls white wine 2tbls cornstarch Combine and cook down till thickened. Let cool completely.

    Combine cake mix with suggested ingredients. I always replace milk for water. Useing icecream scoop fill cupcake liners, bake accordinally. Let cool. Useing wooden spoon poke hole in center of each cupcake. Fill and spread each cupcake with blackberry filling.

    Add dollop of Coolwhip frosting. Drizzel blackberry.
