1 cvegetable oil

1/2 cvodka

1/2 cwater

1/2 csugar

1/2 ckahlua - divided

1/2 cpowdered suagr
How To Make black russian cake

1Beat first 7 ingredients (thru kahlua) and 1/4 C Kahlua at medium speed until smooth; pour into a greased and loured Bundt pan

2Bake at 350 for 50 minutes

3Combine remaining 1/4 C Kahlua and powdered sugar, stirring until smooth. Let cake cool slightly. remove cake form pan. Puncture surface with a large wooden pick and brush with glaze. Let harden 9 the glaze will soak into the cake)

4Garnish with shaved or curled chocolate if desired .
