Ingredients For black russian cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix (i usually use duncan hines)
  • 1 box
    (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding (chocolate fudge or devil's food are my favorites)
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    canola oil
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    vodka
  • 1/4 c
    kahlua
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c
    kahlua

How To Make black russian cake

    Mix all cake ingredients very well with a mixer.

    Pour into a well sprayed bundt pan.

    Bake at 350, 45-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.

    Invert onto a serving plate. Using a toothpick, poke holes all over the cake (the holes won't end up showing)

    With a small wire wisk, mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Spoon evenly over cake, and let cool completely.
