Ingredients For black magic cake

  • 1 3/4 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    white sugar
  • 3/4 c
    unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    strong brewed coffee
  • 1 c
    buttermilk
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make black magic cake

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease & flour 9x13” pan or 2 round 9” cake pans
  • 2
    In a large bowl combine flour, sugar cocoa,baking soda, baking powder & salt. Make well in center.

    Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil & vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pan.

    Babe 350 degrees or 30-40 minutes (until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean). Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and finish cooling on wire rack

    Frost as desired.
