How To Make black bottom cupcakes

1Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese, sugar, salt, egg, and chips and set aside.

2Mix in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into muffin cups.

3Drop dollup of filling in center of each cake mix in muffin cups. Bake for about 20 mins until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
