This is the second black bean recipe I said I would post.

115 oz can black beans, drained and rince

6egg whites

4ounces of unsweet chocolate or 12t cocoa powder and 4t oil

1 Tbsplight butter, soft

2 csugar
-
2 Tbspinstant coffee powder

3 Tbspflour
-
1/2 cchopped walnuts
-
19 x 13 pan sprayed with non stick spray

1Blend 2 egg whites and beans until smooth

2put chocolate and butter in microwave for 60-90 seconds, stirring ever 30 seconds.

3Combine bean puree, sugar, flour, coffee, other egg whites . Blend in chocolate and fold in nuts.

4Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
