This is absolutely the best and easiest pound cake I have ever made. I usually make them 2 at a time. This recipe was given to me by a dear friend, BJ, who is now deceased. We have enjoyed this recipe for years...hope you do too!

Ingredients For bj's cream cheese pound cake

1 boxduncan hines butter recipe cake mix

3/4 csugar

4 lgeggs
-
1/2 coil

8 ozcream cheese, softened

2 Tbspbutter, melted

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cwater
How To Make bj's cream cheese pound cake

1Beat all ingredients well with electric mixer. Beat well about 2 minutes or until smooth.

2Pour batter into a bundt pan that has been greased and floured. I use butter and confectioner's sugar to prepare pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until lightly browned. Cool in pan 10 minutes on rack. Then turn out onto cake plate and dust with confectioner's sugar.
