My husband introduced me to this recipe 23 years ago when I met him. His dad used to make this for him. I thought he was out of his mind..But 23 years later, it is a staple in our home on summer nights. It can be low fat and still taste great..My kids love it.

Ingredients For bisquick and strawberry yummies.

  • bisquick, reduced fat or regular.
  • strawberries.
  • milk, fat free or lowfat.
  • splenda (or sugar substitute) or sugar

How To Make bisquick and strawberry yummies.

    Bake Bisquick drop biscuits as directed on the package. I usually make the 2 cups recipe and pour it all out onto my baking stone. I cook it for about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

    After that, cut strawberries into bite size pieces. set aside..

    Assembly time.. In a cereal bowl, each person crumbles the hot cooked biscuit mix into bite size pieces in to the bowl. Top with some strawberries. I like a lot on mine. Sprinkle with Sugar, I use Splenda and pour Milk over it like cereal.. Eat like cereal. It is best when the biscuit is really hot out of the oven.. Yummm
