Ingredients For best peanut butter cake ever

  • 2 c
    unbleach white flour
  • 1/4 c
    unbleached wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

    Combine flours, peanut butter and butter in mixer bowl: mix at low until crumbly.Reserve one cup.

    To remaining mixture, add baking powder, soda, milk, vanilla and eggs: blend at low speed until moistened.

    Spread batter in 9 x13-inch pan or bandt cake pan.Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and chocolate chips
