best ever banana bundt cake

1/2 csoftened butter, salted

1/4 ccanola oil

2 1/8 csugar

2 tsplemon juice

1 1/2 cbuttermilk

3eggs

2 tspvanilla

2 tspbaking soda

3 call-purpose flour

3-4smashed, very ripe bananas
- CREAM CHEESE ICING

1/2 csoftened butter
-
8 oz.softened cream cheese
-
1 tspvanilla
-
3 cconfectioners' sugar
How To Make best ever banana bundt cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease and flour a bundt pan and set aside.

3Smash the bananas and mix in the lemon juice and set aside.

4Combine butter, oil and sugar and mix thoroughly, then set aside.

5Add eggs one at a time and mix just until combined.

6Add vanilla, salt and buttermilk. Mix well.

7Add baking soda and flour. Mix gently. Then add bananas and mix gently again.

8Pour the cake batter evenly into the bundt pan. Do not fill bundt pan more than 2/3 full.

9Bake in oven 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

10Immediately after removing cake from oven, put it (still in the bundt pan) into the freezer for 45-60 minutes.

11Remove and frost with the cream cheese icing.
