Ingredients For berry cake and yogurt

1 call-purpose flour

7 Tbspsugar or splenda sugar or stevia,divided

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsoda

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/8 tspsalt or light salt

1large egg
-
3 Tbspvegetable oil
-
1/2 tspalmond extract
-
1/2 cbuttermilk
-
1 bagfrozen mixed berries or fruit

3 cplain nonfat greek yogurt or cool whip
How To Make berry cake and yogurt

1Preheat oven to 350F. Meanwhile, combine flour, all but 2 teaspoons of sugar or Splenda sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, buttermilk, egg, oil and extract in medium bowl.

2Whisk together until smooth and pour into an 8-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. top with frozen berries or fruit.

3Bake 1 hour or until browned and a wooden pick inserted 2 inches from edge come out clean. Remove from oven place pan on cooling rack and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Serve hot, warm or room temperature with yogurt on the side or Cool whip.
