This cake was for a wedding--the groom wanted to get married on the beach. In Florida; in August. The wedding was indoors with a beach theme--great way to compromise and make everyone comfortable and happy.

1Six flavors--of cake, lemon, orange, strawberry, pina colada and chocolate/vanilla. Candy sea shells were made with melted chocolate and molds. -
2Publix Butter cream frosting (recipe on this site) and candy decorations. Use cinnamon and Sugar in the Raw for sandy effect.
