Ingredients For barbara's mandarin/pineapple cake

box1 yellow cake mix
-
4 eggs
-
oz1-11 ounce can mandarin oranges
-
1 large can crushed pineapple
-
1 tub cool whip
-
2 tbl sour cream
-
pkg1 pistachio flavor instant pudding
-
sweet shredded coconut
-
nuts { toasted almonds, chopped pecans etc.}
How To Make barbara's mandarin/pineapple cake

1mix cake mix,mandarin oranges with the juice, 1/2 can of the crushed pineapple and eggs, mix well and pour into round cake pans, bake at 350 for 30 minutes

2mix pudding, sour cream and remainder of the crushed pineapple with cool whip and set a side

3cool cakes and frost with cool whip mixture, mound the top with sweet coconut and wrap toasted almonds or pecan around from bottom to top of cake
