bananas 'n' cream bundt cake
I love to bake and this is a bundt cake I have made a few times for my co-workers, friends and family. The recipe and picture are not mine but belong to the recipe site Taste of Home. I am happy to share it with you because it is such a delicious moist cake. I used to drizzle chocolate glaze over it as well sometimes, and only using a dusting of powdered sugar at times too, either way, the results are always the same, super delicious!

1/3 cup shortening

1-1/4 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-1/4 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)

2 cups all-purpose flour

1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream

3/4 cup chopped walnuts

1In a large bowl, cream the shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Add bananas and mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, stirring just until combined. Stir in walnuts.
