Ingredients For banana toffee cake

  • 1 pkg
    (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    mashed bananas
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    toffee baking bits
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips, mini
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon

How To Make banana toffee cake

  • 1
    cream the cream cheese, butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

    add the eggs, bananas and vanilla and cream again.

    sift together the salt, flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  • 4
    slowly add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture.

    in a small bowl, combine the toffee bits, chocolate chips, brown sugar and cinnamon.

    stir 1/2 cup of this into the batter. spread the batter in a greased 9x13 inch pan.

    top with the rest of the topping ingredients. bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
