Ingredients For banana sour cream walnut loaf

  • 2/3 c
    butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    white and brown sugar mixed
  • 2 3/4 c
    sifted flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 1/2
    banana

How To Make banana sour cream walnut loaf

    Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs and banana,beat well.

    Sift together flour, powders and salt.Add alternately with sour cream stirring just to blend.( I add mini chocolate chips and coconut )

    Grease and flour pans on BOTTOM ONLY.Spoon batter into two medium size bread pans.(4 1/2 x 8 1/2 )or one large bread pan.

    Bake @ 350 degrees for 50- 60 min. Cool 20 min then remove from pans. ENJOY
