Ingredients For banana sour cream walnut loaf

2/3 cbutter

1 1/2 cwhite and brown sugar mixed

2 3/4 csifted flour

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1 cchopped walnuts
-
2eggs
-
1 1/2banana
How To Make banana sour cream walnut loaf

1Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add eggs and banana,beat well.

2Sift together flour, powders and salt.Add alternately with sour cream stirring just to blend.( I add mini chocolate chips and coconut )

3Grease and flour pans on BOTTOM ONLY.Spoon batter into two medium size bread pans.(4 1/2 x 8 1/2 )or one large bread pan.

4Bake @ 350 degrees for 50- 60 min. Cool 20 min then remove from pans. ENJOY
