Oh yes you heard this right. "Banana pound cake". This is the lightest Most Moist Pound Cake you'll ever taste. We Love Pound cake and seems I always have bananas that get over ripe and needed to do something with them not to waste food. So I came up with this idea. and get raves each time I make this. The Smell and the Aroma in the Kitchen, & thru out the House brings my Husband out of the Garage and into the house saying "something smells really good". This was actually an accident that I put together, as I was Baking and was out of things I needed, So I came up with this and Never forgot the ingredients.

Ingredients For banana pound cake

2 csugar
-
3eggs
-
1 1/2 ccrisco oil (vegetable oil) do not use shortening

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 tspbanana liquor ( found in liquor stores)

2 call purpose flour
-
1 cbisquick mix
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 tspcinnamon, ground

1/2 tspallpice
-
4ripe bananas, mashed
-
1 can(8 oz ) pineapple, crushed with juice . . (optional)

1/2 cchopped nuts . . . .(optional)
How To Make banana pound cake

1Preheat Oven @ 350 Degrees.

2Beat very well Sugar, Eggs, Oil, & Liquid Flavorings together.

3Sift Flour, add Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, & Allspice together. Add Bisquick.

4Blend dry ingredients into wet ingredients real well.

5Add Mashed Bananas, Stir well. Add: (Optional Pineapple with Juice and Nuts, Now). . stir very well.

6Pour ino **ungreased** angel food pan, or Bunt pan or 4 mini loaf pans.

7Bake @ 350 for 1 hr. then reduce to 325 for 20 min. Mini Loaf pans bake for 40-50 min. until knife incerted comes out clean. cool 20 min. then remove from pan to fully cool.
