Ingredients For banana pecan loaf

1 stick+ 2 tsp. unsalted butter

3/4 c+ 2 tsp. sugar

2eggs, beaten
-
3banana's (slightly mashed)

1 ctoasted pecans, chopped

2 cself-rising flour
How To Make banana pecan loaf

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, and beat until smooth.

3Add flour and bananas alternately. Add pecans.

4Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
