1 1/4 cgranulated sugar

1 csour cream

1 1/2 cripe mashed bananas (3 to 4 bananas depending on the size)

- THE FROSTING

4tablespoons butter

1 clight brown sugar
-
1/4 cmilk
-
2 cpowdered sugar

1 tsppure vanilla extract
How To Make banana lovers cake

1Grease and flour a 9 x 13 cake pan.

2Using a large bowl and electric beaters, beat sugar, butter, sour cream, and eggs until creamy. Beat in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.

3Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well, and pour into the prepared baking pan.

4Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Every oven is different, so time may vary. Cake is done when an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

5Cool cake completely. When the cake is cool prepare the frosting.

6THE FROSTING

7In a small pan over medium heat melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl. Let cool for 15 minutes.

8Then add powdered sugar and vanilla to the bowl and beat with electric beaters until smooth. Spread the frosting over the cake.

9Cut into desired size pieces and serve! Enjoy!
