Ingredients For banana cupcakes with honey-cinnamon frosting

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flore
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    or one stick unsalted butter melted
  • 1 1/2 c
    mashed bananas about 4 ripe bananas
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

How To Make banana cupcakes with honey-cinnamon frosting

    Preheat oven 350 line 12 cup muffin pan with paper liners .In medium bowl whisk together flour, sugar,baking powder,baking soda,salt.Make a well in center of flour mixture. I well mix together butter,mashed bananas,eggs,vanilla,Stir to incorporate flour mixture;do not over mix; Dividing evenly ,spoon batter into muffin cups,Bake until toothpick comes out clean 25 to 30 minutes.remove copcakes from pan cool completely .Spread tops with Honey cinnamon frosting.

    HONEY -CINNAMON FROSTING In medium bowl, with electric mixer .Beat 1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar ,1/2 cup or one stick unsalted butter.1 tablespoon honey at room temperature.and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth 4 to 5 minutes.
