I found this recipe on a blog, it was actually a cake, I played with it a little bit because I was looking for more of a brownie texture...or Blondie! :) They are super Yummy! Enjoy! *This recipe could easily be halfed and put in a 8x8 square pan, bake 25-30 min then.

2 1/2 cflour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 csugar

1/2 cbrown sugar

2/3 cbutter, softened

2 tspvanilla

2eggs
-
2-3 mdbananas, mashed with 1 t lemon juice, do not add more that 1c of mashed bananas

1 1/2 csemi sweet chocolate chips
How To Make banana chocolate chip blondies

1Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 pan and set aside. In a medium size bowl, sift together flour, soda, powder salt and set aside. In a large bowl cream together sugars, butter and vanilla. Add eggs and bananas, mix until smooth. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just mixed, stir in chips evenly. Pour into the prepared pan and bake 35-40 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top if desired.
