Ingredients For banana cake

  • SIFT TOGETHER:
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • MIX TOGETHER:
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    mashed babanas, very ripe
  • 1/2 c
    sour milk *

How To Make banana cake

    Mix all together. Put in 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30minutes.

    * To sour milk, add ! t. vinegar to milk. Let stand for a few minutes.
