This is the best ever moist banana cake I have ever made..It is a keeper!! it is really good plain or you can put cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients For banana cake

2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 cbutter (room temperature)

1 cgranulated sugar

1/2 cdark brown sugar

2 lgeggs (room temperature)

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 csour cream
-
1 cmashed ripe bananas
How To Make banana cake

1Preheat Oven at 350 for a 9x13 pan 25-30 minutes, bundt pan 45 min-55min (prep pans with flour and shortening)do not use glass pans..

2Mix dry ingredients and set aside 2 cups of All purpose flour 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1/4 tsp. salt

3Cream butter and sugar 1 stick at room temperature 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar

4beat in eggs on at a time till incorporated into butter sugar mixture 2 Large Eggs at room temperature

5add 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 cup of Sour cream beat well then add 1 cup of ripe mashed bananas 2 tsp. of white vinegar

6Fold in dry ingredients into wet mixture..do not over mix..Pour into prepared baking pans.

7You can serve this plain or you can make a cream cheese frosting.. 4 T. soft butter 4 ounces of cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla extract 1- 1 1/2 cups of powder sugar 1 T. milk (optional to thin it out add more) you can double the frosting recipe if you plan on baking it in a 9x13 pan or even 2 round 9 inch pans..
