2/3 csugar

1/2 csour cream

1egg

2 Tbspbutter, softened

2mashed banana 3/4 cup

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 call purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking soda
- FROSTING

2 Tbspbutter softened

1/4 cheavy cream
-
1/2 tspvanilla bean paste or extract

1 1/4 cconfectioners' sugar
How To Make banana cake

1Pre-heat oven to 375

2Cream sugar,sour cream egg and 2 tablespoons softened butter.

3Add mashed bananas and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

4Add flour salt and baking soda;mix well.

5Pour into greased 8x8 pan.Bake at 375 for 20-25 min. until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6Cool completely before frosting.

7Frosting: Cream butter and confectioners sugar together until smooth. Slowly add the heavy cream;stir until smooth. Stir in the vanilla bean paste or extract until fully incorporated. Spread on cake.
