I enjoy finding a bar recipe that calls for a jelly roll size pan. I swear the kids sense when I am baking and find their way home to sample the goods and take some home with them. I am NOT complaining! I find it the ultimate compliment!

1/2 cmargarine

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1 - 3 oz pkgcream cheese

3/4 stickmargarine

1 Tbspmilk

1 tspvanilla

2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make banana bars

1Bars: Cream margarine, sugar. Add eggs until light. Add mashed bananas and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda.

2Spread into sprayed jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.

3FROSTING: Cream together cream cheese and margarine. Add milk and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Spread on cooled bars.
