400 gcream cheese, softened

70 gfine granulated sugar

10 glemon juice

200 gwhipping cream

How To Make authentic basque cheesecake

1Spread oil paper on a 6 inch cake mould and preheat the oven to 220℃.

2Add cream cheese to the main pan.

3Add fine granulated sugar.

4Put on the measuring cup and mix the materials at 30sec/REV 5.

5Scrape the materials to the bottom of the pot with a scraper.

6Start stirring at 30sec/REV 5, and pour the eggs in slowly at the same time.

7Add lemon juice, whipping cream and cornstarch.

8Mix the materials at 30sec/REV 5.

9Sift the batter and pour it into the mould.

10Bake the mould in the oven for about 35 minutes, and color the tin foil after its surface’ color changes.

11Take out and cool the mould. Place the mould in a refrigerator for one night before enjoying.
