This is my Aunt Ruth's recipe. I have never made it. I found it in my mother's recipe's after she passed away last year and I thought it sounded so yummy. If anyone does make this, please do let me know what you think of it!

Ingredients For aunt ruth's blackberry wine cake

1 boxwhite or yellow cake mix. (do not follow instructions on box)

3eggs

1/2 coil

1 pkgsmall box blackberry jello

1/4 cchopped nuts (any kind)

3/4 cblackberry wine
- GLAZE

1/4 cblackberry wine

2 cpowdered sugar
-
1/2 cnuts (any kind)
How To Make aunt ruth's blackberry wine cake

1In a mixing bowl,combine cake mix, eggs,oil,jello,nuts and wine.

2With mixer, blend together on low speed until blended. Then mix on medium speed for six minutes.

3Pour batter into a greased tube, bundt or 9 x 13 inch pan.

4Bake 45 minutes at 350*

5Spread glaze on cool cake.
