1 can# 2 size can of crushed pineapple

2 tspbaking soda

2 tspvanilla

1 pinchof salt

for the icing mix

1 pkgcream cheese

2 cpowdered sugar

1 stickbutter

1 tspvanilla

pecans to garnish
How To Make aunt ruthies pinapple cake

1Mix all cake ingredients in large bowl and put in a greased 9x11 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

2While cake is baking make the icing and ice cake while it is still hot. The icing is thick and it will cook some on the hot cake melting into the cake a little but also will seal off.
