I got this recipe from my late Aunt Gwen. We still make every Thanksgiving (but it is great anytime) and it reminds us all of Gwen. She passed away from MS in 1989.

1 boxyellow or white cake mix

1 stickbutter, melted

3 tspvanilla extract

3 lgeggs

8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1 boxpowder sugar (16 oz)
How To Make aunt jacks cake

1Preheat oven to 325

2Mix cake mix, butter, 2 tsp vanilla, and 2 eggs together. Will be thick. Pat into a 9x13 greased pan.

3Mix cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, and powder sugar together. Pour on top of cake mixture.

4Bake for 45 minutes.
