This recipe was handed down from my Great Aunt Anne to me. It is a great recipe for you to get creative and add in your favorite ingredients. I love adding peanut butter, chocolate and caramel!

Ingredients For aunt anne's cheesecake

4 8oz pkgcream cheese

16 ozsour cream
-
16 ozheavy cream
-
1 1/2 csugar
-
4eggs
-
1 Tbsppure vanilla extract

4 rounded Tbspall purpose flour
How To Make aunt anne's cheesecake

1Before starting leave cream cheese out till room temperature.

2Mix in one ingredient in at a time.

3Grease and flour a 10” springform pan. Put a cookie tray on the bottom rack in the oven to catch any spills.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in the oven for 30 minutes with the door cracked open.

5Cover with plastic wrap and then foil and refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
