1966. This recipe comes from my mom's good friend Paula Donaldson. Ft. Defiance. Arizona in 1966. This cake is so moist and delicious it doesn't stay on the counter long! This is the best cake you will ever experience using bananas and pineapple.

1 1/2 coil

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

2 cbananas (mashed)

1 ccrushed pineapple, drain the juice

1 cwalnuts (pieces)
How To Make arkansas bundt cake

1Preheat oven to 350 F

2Grease your bundt pan really well!!!! It will stick on the bottom if you don't!

3DON'T use a mixer!!!!!! Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Use a spatula to incorporate all the ingredients, then pour into your bundt pan.

4Bake 65 minutes....(my oven heats lower so I bake it for 75 minutes).

5Allow to cool for 10 minutes and then invert onto a plate.
